What is HAMIC?
The HAM Intelligent Calculator, also called HAMIC, is a program designed to simplify a number of calculations commonly used by HAMs. It is designed for the HAM radio hobbyist, but may be useful to others as well. HAMIC provides a simple, yet powerful method of solving a number of circuits or calculations. Resistors, L networks, and SWR calculations are just a sample of what this program can do. Some calculations even have multiple possible configurations, such as series and parallel for simple circuits. One of the more powerful features of HAMIC is to solve for almost any unknown variable in a circuit.
