具体介介绍:Protel/Orcad SCH到Powerlogic/Dxdesigner转换器
可以将Protel和ORCAD Capture原理图转为Powerlogic或Dxdesigner,把Powerlogic转为Dxdesigner。
Translating Schematic Files
Start > Programs > Mentor Graphics SDD > Translators > Schematic Translator
Restriction: The translator is not supported on UNIX.
Tip: The translator supports hierarchical schematics. The translated schematic hierarchy is the same as the originating design.
To translate a schematic file into a PADS Logic or DxDesigner file:
Select the source format of the file you want to translate from the Select the source design format for translation list.
Select the destination format of the file you want to translate from the Select the output design format list and click OK.
In the Symbol & Schematic Translator dialog box, click the Schematics tab.
The Schematics to translate lists the schematic files found by the translator. To modify the files in this list, do one or more of the following:
To keep the schematic file in the list, but not translate it, clear the check box.
To add another schematic file to the list, click Add.
To delete a schematic file from the list, select the file and click Remove.
For Protel files only:
To convert a hierarchical schematic that consists of several files, select only the top-level schematic in the Schematics to translate area.
To convert a non-hierarchical schematic design of multiple sheets, add the project file (.DDB or .PRJPCB) to the Schematics to translate list. All files must be included into the .DDB file (Protel 99) or into the .PRJPCB file (Protel DXP).
Type or browse to the location where the translator will place the translated files in the Place translated files in box.
Tip: You can translate a single schematic file or multiple schematic files.
To overwrite any existing schematic files, select the Overwrite existing files check box.
To copy user-defined, design-level component and net attributes from the original design, select the Translate attributes check box in the Translation options area.
For DxDesigner only, select options to translate symbols from the original design:
Select the Translate symbols only check box to translate just symbols
Select the Create generic symbols check box to create generic symbols
Tip: Attributes are only added to the design-level and not to the symbol level of components.
Click Translate.
Result for DxDesigner only:
If you translate only one file, the translator creates a SYM folder for the symbol files and a SCH folder for the schematic files under the location you specify.
If you translate multiple files, the translator creates a subfolder for each schematic, using the schematic name, under the location you specify.
Example 1: If you translate preview.sch and specify the translated file location to be C:\PADS Projects\Translated, the translator creates the new project in the Translated\SYM and Translated\SCH folders.
Example 2: If you translate preview.sch and preview1.sch, and specify the translated file location to be C:\PADS Projects\Translated, the translator creates the following folders for the new projects:
Translated\Preview\Sym
Translated\Preview\Sch
Translated\Preview1\Sym
Translated\Preview1\Sch
Result for Protel to PADS Logic only: If you translate version 99 schematic files which have the .sch extension, the translator appends _pads to the resulting schematic filename.
